Park-N-Go sits at 1140 W National Rd in Vandalia, about four minutes by shuttle from the terminal at Dayton International Airport (DAY). Economy self-park starts at $9.99 a day and full-service valet is $12.99 a day with a prepaid reservation. Reserving online is free, there are no booking fees, and you can cancel any time before you arrive.
Do you actually need a reservation?
No. Walk-ins are welcome every day, and plenty of our customers simply drive up. Reserving ahead does three things for you: it locks in your rate, it shortens check-in and check-out, and it tells our shuttle driver roughly when to expect you. If none of that matters on this trip, just come on in.
When should you book?
Any time before you leave is better than driving up, but a few stretches of the year fill genuinely fast. Thanksgiving week, Christmas through New Year’s, spring break in March and the first few weeks of summer are when we come closest to capacity, and those are the trips where a reservation stops being a convenience and becomes insurance. A week or two of notice is sensible for those dates.
The rest of the year is more forgiving. A day or two ahead is plenty, and same-day reservations still work — if your flight leaves at six tomorrow morning, booking tonight still locks your rate and shortens your check-in. Early-morning departures are worth planning around whatever the season, because that is when the most cars arrive at once.
How to reserve
The whole thing takes about two minutes. Pick economy self-park or full-service valet, enter your arrival and return dates and times, and confirm. You will get an emailed confirmation with your reservation number, which is all you need to bring. If you have a AAA, military, veteran or first responder code, enter it during booking so the member rate is applied to your stay. If you would rather not book on the website, the same reservation can be made in the Park-N-Go mobile app for iOS and Android.

Economy or valet: which should you book?
Economy self-park means you drive through the gate, park toward the back of the lot, and the shuttle collects you at your car. On the way home it drops you back at your vehicle, you settle up at the exit station, and the gate opens. It is the cheaper option and it works well for both short trips and long ones.
Full-service valet means you pull up to the front door and hand your keys to the clerk at the desk. We park the car, and it is waiting for you when you return. Valet is $12.99 a day when you prepay with a reservation, which is the best rate we offer on it and one more reason booking ahead pays for itself. Car wash and detailing can be added while you are away.
If you are leaving the car for more than a week, our long-term rates are worth a look before you book.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Our reservations are deliberately flexible. You can cancel at any point before you arrive and there is no charge. If you come back earlier than planned, we refund the unused days automatically. If your trip runs long, we charge for the extra time when you collect the car. You do not need to call ahead to adjust anything, and there is no cancellation fee to work around.
To change the dates on an existing booking, open your reservation from the confirmation email or sign in to your account.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Delays happen constantly and they are not a problem. Your reservation stretches to cover the extra time on its own. Call us at (937) 890-7275 once you have landed and we will have the shuttle ready for you. Our shuttle runs on demand rather than in a loop, so that call is what triggers your pickup. Someone is here around the clock.
What your reservation costs, and what it doesn’t
Economy self-park is $9.99 a day and full-service valet is $12.99 a day at the prepaid reservation rate. Those are daily rates plus tax and fees. There is no booking fee, no service fee and no separate reservation charge for using the site or the app — tax and fees are shown before you confirm, so the total on the last screen is the total.
Come back earlier than planned and we refund the days you did not use. Come back later and the extra time is added at the same daily rate rather than a penalty rate. Extras such as a car wash, wax or a full detail can be done while the car is parked; those are priced separately from parking, and you can ask for them when you drop off.
When and how do I pay?
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash. Payment is normally collected when you pick your vehicle up, not when you book. If you made a prepaid reservation, the card on file is charged at checkout and adjusted to match the stay you actually had.
Book direct, not through a reseller
A number of third-party sites resell Dayton airport parking, and a booking made through one of them is not the same as a booking made with us. They add their own service fee on top of the rate, the AAA, military, veteran and first responder rates cannot be applied to it, and the stay does not earn rewards points.
It also complicates anything that changes. We can move or cancel a reservation made on this site, in the Park-N-Go app or over the phone straight away and without a fee. A reseller booking has to be changed through the reseller on their terms, which is a bad position to be in when a flight moves. Booking direct is the only way to be certain the rate, the discount and the flexibility described on this page all actually apply to you.
Discounts and rewards
Member rates are available through AAA, and we have dedicated military and veteran and first responder programs. Frequent flyers should also look at our rewards program, where points convert into free parking, a car wash, wax or a full detail. Current promotions are listed on our deals and coupons page.
How does the airport shuttle work?
The shuttle is included with every reservation and runs on demand rather than to a fixed schedule, so there is nothing to catch and nothing to pay. The ride to the terminal takes about four minutes. With economy self-park you park and the driver meets you at your car, bags loaded for you; with full-service valet you are met at the front door and simply hand over your keys.
On the way home, call us at (937) 890-7275 once you have your bags and we will send a shuttle out. You can also follow your ride in real time in the Park-N-Go app, which is worth having if you land late and would rather wait inside until the van is close.
Finding the lot
We are at 1140 W National Rd, Vandalia, OH 45377. The most common mistake travelers make is following airport signage into the official DAY lots instead of coming to us, so it is worth reading the directions page before you set off, particularly if you are coming off I-75.
