How much is parking at Dayton International Airport?

Parking at Dayton International Airport (DAY) costs $9.00 to $23.00 per day in the airport’s own lots: Economy is $9.00/day, Long-Term is $14.00/day, Short-Term is $16.00/day, and the Garage is $23.00/day. The airport also adds a one-time $0.99 transaction fee at exit, or a $2.99 reservation fee if you reserve online. Airport valet was $24.00/day but has been closed since March 2020. See our full Dayton airport parking rate history, updated monthly. None of those rates include shuttle service, luggage assistance, or free cancellation.

Park-N-Go, one mile from the terminal, charges a flat daily rate with no booking fee and no exit fee:

Compared honestly: the airport’s Economy lot has the lowest sticker price at $9.00/day, about a dollar under our $9.99 — but you park far from the terminal, carry your own bags to a stop and wait for a bus. Against every other airport lot we come out ahead: our $9.99/day is about $28 less than the $14.00/day Long-Term lot on a seven-day trip, and our $12.99/day valet is roughly half the $23.00/day garage. AAA, military, veteran and first-responder rates of $6.99–$8.50/day come in less than the airport’s Economy lot as well. Reserve your space to lock in these rates. Park-N-Go rates verified August 2026; airport rates as published by Dayton International Airport.

Park-N-Go Economy: $9.99/day with free 4-minute shuttle and luggage assistance.

Park-N-Go Full-Service Valet: $14.99/day, 12.99 with a prepaid reservation.  AAA, military, veteran and first responder discounts available — reserve online for the member economy rate.

There’s no limit — you can park in our economy lot for as long as you need, from a few days to several weeks. Park-N-Go Economy, right across from the airport, is just $9.99/day. If your car needs a jump-start or a tire aired up when you return, our team is happy to help. For extended stays, ask about our great monthly rates at DaytonParking.com/Snowbird.

Short-term lots are typically for 1-2 hours of use, and their hourly rates are high.  Anything over a few hours is basically “long-term”.  Airport parking is priced by hour, and then by day.

Airport parking prices can be very high if you aren’t careful.  The garage is $23/day, long-term lot is $14/day, short-term is $16/day.  You get a shuttle that meets you at your car, bag service and free cancellation at Park-N-Go with Economy parking for $9.99 or valet for only $12.99/day. Staying a week or more? See our Dayton airport parking rates.   You can avoid parking fees by having a friend take you to the airport;  that’s a great test of a friendship!  🙂

The standard recommendation is 2 hours, though with our efficient little airport and a fast shuttle from Park-N-Go you should be fine with 90 minutes.

No, a reservation is not required and walk-ins are always welcome. Reserving online locks in your rate and speeds up check-in and check-out, and you can cancel for free if your plans change.

Reservations are Easy, but OPTIONAL.  If you don’t want to reserve online, just come on in and we’ll take great care of you and your vehicle. With our flexible reservations, you never need to worry about over-paying.  If you come back early, we automatically refund any extra days.  Or if your trip gets extended, no problem!  We automatically charge for the extra time when you pick the vehicle up.  Either way, it’s super easy at Park-N-Go.

Yes, we do, and it’s 10x better than our competition! You can redeem points for free parking, car wash, wax or full detailing. Check out our Rewards page for more information!

We are located at 1140 W National Rd, next to Airport Toyota, just 1/2 mile east of Terminal Drive and a short 4 minute shuttle ride to the front door, and you don’t have to waste time looking for a parking space.  Our customers tell us it’s faster and easier than parking at the airport, and our 4.9-star average backs that up.

Our shuttle runs “on demand”, meaning you need to call to let us know when you are ready to be picked up. Dayton International Airport isn’t busy enough for it to make sense for us to drive around in circles all day, so we are typically waiting at our parking lot for new check-ins. When you arrive at our lot, the shuttle should be there to pick you up.

If not, our system automatically sends a text alert to the shuttle driver. In addition, you may call 937-890-7275 to confirm their location. When you return to Dayton International Airport, give us a call 5 minutes before you are ready to be picked up.

Economy customers go through the gate and find a space in the back of the lot. The bus picks you up at your car and takes you to the airport. When you return, the bus takes you into the back of the lot and drops you off at your vehicle. You pay the exit station and the gate raises for you to leave.

Valet customers pull up to the front door, and check in at the front desk with my driver/clerk. While you are gone, you have the option of having your car washed, detailed or other services like oil change. When you return, we have your car sitting out front, with receipt inside and ready to go. In winter time, we have removed all snow and preheated the vehicle for you. It’s awesome service in very hot or cold weather, or year-round, and is very popular with business travelers.

People who park with us often have their info and credit card on file, so their check-in takes about 15 seconds, and we have the receipt waiting in their car when they return. We also have AAA, military, veteran, first responder and corporate discounts on both economy and valet, and valet guests earn Loyalty Points that can be redeemed for free parking, car wash or other services.

That’s a common question. About 25% of our customers don’t show up on time, whether it’s a missed connection or late flight. Even if you make the flight, and it’s exactly on time, there are a few other variables.

How many customers did we have on that flight? Did you stop at the bathroom? Do you walk faster than other passengers? Did you carry on or check your bags? Are there baggage claim delays? Given all of this, it really is best for you to call us so we know you’re ready, and how many people we are waiting to pick up.

It depends on the lot. Our $9.99/day economy rate is $11.39 all in with 14% tax and service fee, so the airport’s own economy lot is a little cheaper. We cost less than its short-term lot, its long-term lot and its garage — and every option here includes a shuttle to your car and bag service. Staying for a month or longer? We have over 20 security cameras, 24-hour staffing on premises, plus periodic drive-thru inspections by Vandalia Police. Feel secure knowing that your vehicle will be monitored every moment that you are away, and that you’ll never be alone in a dark parking lot.

For Economy self-park, you keep your keys with you — you park your own vehicle and lock it yourself. For Full-Service Valet customers, you leave the keys with our staff so we can move your car, warm it up for your return, wash it, or perform any requested services while you’re away.

Yes! Full-Service Valet customers can add on a car wash, full detail, wax, oil change, tire pressure check, and more — all while you’re traveling. It’s one of our most popular add-ons. Ask at check-in or visit our Valet page to see current service options and pricing.
